Banded Demoiselle - Titchmarsh LNR
Very common and very colourful with the metallic blue male and matallic green female, the banks of the river are heaving with them ...... all aflutter.
Again, a 300mm lens with 1.4 t.c. is not the ideal lens set-up for macro but I think I have just about got away with it.
