Reluctant Whitethroat ........
This guy was a very unwilling subject, skulking in the foliage albeit fairly high up and only partially showing most of the time. This image was as good as it got on a fairly quiet outing overall.
It was dead quiet where I was too. Something I noticed this year compared to previous years is how Whitethroats have gone very wary, really thought it was just me. Great picture.

ReplyDeleteAt first I thought there were less of them at the reserve Doug, now I think that they are there but much more wary, very strange.
