No matter what time of the year it is the Robin, recently adopted as the United
Kingdoms favourite bird, that is never far away from you.
Always a willing poser, their confidence in the company of people is truly remarkable.
Very versatile birds they can be found in many habitats, in this case the margins of a reed bed.
Great little characters to be associating with.
I love it's tiny little feet, cracking bird and image John.
ReplyDeleteYea, Doug they are a true constant companion .... all year around they come and sing to you !
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely sharp capture John. I take great pleasure in catching up on your blog and viewing the lovely images that always accompany it. Although I've not managed to get to the reserve recently (due to chasing things Hudsonian as well as relentless but rewarding slogs along Blakeney Point) I always feel as though I'm up to date with proceedings at Titchmarsh owing to the fine commentary contained in your posts.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture John
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words Paul ...... good to hear that you are getting out and about.
ReplyDeleteThanks John .... I do like to feature our common birds as well.
