In flight food service ...... a meal on the move ......,

Well, I guess this Hobby Hawk will not be hanging around Titchmarsh LNR much longer before it starts its return migration unless the large numbers of Dragonflies and maybe an Indian Summer cause it to delay slightly.

Hirundines are not here now in any great numbers and their own migration south is well under way.

This shot is a bit distant but illustrates how Hobby's '' hawk '' Dragonflies by catching them in their talons and then eat them '' on the wing '' by raising their legs in mid air.
